            MICA / CASE MANAGER - Supported SRO in South Bronx

                          Resumes for this position will be reviewed until position is filled.

Description: Provide case management and supportive services for adult formerly homeless residents, some with mental illness. Responsibilities include running biweekly MICA groups.

Schedule:  Office hours are: Monday - Friday; 9:00 am - 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility is required.

Qualifications: CASAC certification, OR  Bachelor's degree and three (3) years experience working with a MICA population is required. Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic computer skills.

Salary: Mid to High 30's based on qualifications and experience


              ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Supported SRO in South Bronx

                 Resumes for this (AA) position will be reviewed through 6/13/08.

Description:  Provide clerical and administrative support services to Program Director and staff. Duties include reception desk, recordkeeping, and delivery of documents to regulatory agencies via public transportation.

Schedule:  Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Some flexibility is required.

Qualifications:  BA degree and two (2) years secretarial/administrative work experience required. Experience may be before, during or after obtaining degree. Must have knowledge of Excel. Bookkeeping experience is a plus. Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills. 

Salary: Low 30's based on qualifications and experience

         
 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ LIMITATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS


Candidates for all positions must be able to access areas above first floor in program and office facilities. Candidates for all direct care positions must be able to take public transportation and/or walk to apartments, climb stairs in non-elevator buildings, and demonstrate proper cleaning and apartment maintenance methods to residents in addressing their activities of daily living.
