Supported Single Room Occupancy

We offer safe, reliable housing and supportive services to higher functioning formerly homeless mentally ill adults and low income individuals from the neighborhood at Prospect Studios (71 studio apartments) and Union Avenue (29 apartments).

Our residents live independently in fully-furnished residences in a regular neighborhood, contribute to their subsidized rent and have around-the-clock access to services, including:

Case management
Medication and symptom management
Individual and group counseling
Substance abuse counseling
24-hour crisis intervention 
Technology center (Prospect Studios)
Outdoor recreation area (Prospect Studios)
