182nd Street Apartments

Supported Housing

We offer large, fully furnished apartments in ordinary residential buildings and access to supportive services to high functioning mentally ill adults at Bedford Apartments (95 tenants); and we give individuals and their families a place to call home at 182nd Street Apartments (35 apartments). At both, residents contribute to their subsidized rent, maintain their own apartment with the support of an assigned case manager and enjoy access to services, including:

Case management
Supportive counseling
Substance abuse counseling
24- hour crisis intervention
Monthly group social activities
